The plugins renew at TT$1,397 a year, with updates and support. If you choose not to renew, your website stays up. Card checkout and new bookings pause after a 30-day grace period, while refunds and existing bookings keep working.
Yes, to take card payments you need a merchant account through your bank with PowerTranz. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll walk you through applying while we build your site.
About 14 days from the time we have your logo, photos and service or product list. Sign before the deadline and we’ll schedule you to go live before Christmas.
Two ways. Pay in full: a 50% deposit holds your spot and the balance is due when your site goes live. Or pay monthly: 6 payments of TT$1,100 for a Booking Site or TT$1,450 for an Online Store, with the first one upfront and the rest charged automatically to your card or sent as a monthly pay link. Paying in full works out about 10% cheaper.
Your site and software licences stay in our name until the final payment. If payments stop, the plugins pause after 30 days and start again as soon as you’re up to date.
Yes. Subscriptions and memberships, invoices, more products or extra pages can be added whenever your business needs them.
