The short version of what you agree to when you work with us. Your signed agreement has the full detail.

Every offer

Prices are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) and exclude VAT where it applies.
Each project is covered by the Bespoke Client Services Agreement and an Order Form, signed before work starts. If anything on this page differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Scope is fixed. Anything outside it is quoted in writing and starts only after you approve it.
Deposits and first monthly payments are not refundable once work has started. If you cancel, you pay for work done to that point.
Timelines start when your deposit clears and we have your content. Your delays move the date.
You own your content, and the work made only for you once it is paid in full. Our templates, plugins and code stay ours and are licensed to you.
The laws of Trinidad and Tobago apply.

Booking Site TT$6,000; Online Store TT$8,000. Pay in full (50% deposit, 50% before going live) or 6 monthly payments of TT$1,100 (Booking Site) or TT$1,450 (Online Store), the first on signing.
Monthly plans: the site and its licences stay ours until the final payment. If payments stop after going live, the remaining payments are due, and the plugins pause after 30 days unpaid.
Our Payments, Bookings and POS plugins (worth TT$1,397 a year) are free for 12 months from going live, then renew at TT$1,397 a year. We remind you before renewal.
If a licence lapses, card checkout and new bookings keep working for 30 days, then pause until you renew. Refunds and existing bookings keep working.
Card payments need your own PowerTranz merchant account through your bank. Bank and gateway fees are yours.
The offer is limited to the first 12 signed clients and contracts signed by Nov 30, 2026.

TT$3,500 for up to 15 slides, a narrated version of about 8 minutes and a web link hosted for 1 year. 50% deposit, 50% on delivery.
2 rounds of changes after the first full draft. Usually ready in 7–10 working days after you approve the script.
You are responsible for the facts and figures in your deck. We never show client decks without written permission.
The price applies to the first 10 signed decks.

Spin to Win TT$2,500, Arcade Game TT$3,500, Signature Game TT$5,000. 50% deposit, 50% before launch.
You supply and honour all prizes and set the odds and quantities. You are responsible for following the rules on promotions and prize draws, including any permits.
We build in reasonable limits against misuse, but no game is cheat-proof.
Hosting for the launch campaign is included; longer runs are quoted monthly. Ranges shown run from TT$2,500 to TT$5,000.

When you send a form on this site, we receive your name, business, WhatsApp number, email and notes by email.
We use them only to reply to you and prepare your quote. We don’t sell or share them.
